Really good Riverfront Stay

aesthetic pleasingwarm welcomeriver viewattentive staff
The hotel's exterior is aesthetically pleasing. I got a warm welcome upon arrival. I requested a fridge for my room and it was delivered promptly. Breakfast each morning was amazing with many buffet and a la carte choices. Dining with river views was a treat. Staff were attentive and helpful!
During my visit, the bathroom cleanliness seemed subpar, though I was too tired to request a room change.

mixed experience with some disappointments

noisy roominedible food
I stayed at this hotel in 2024 and had a few issues. our room overlooked the car park, and i found it quite noisy (opening the windows was not an option). i also wanted to use the gym early in the morning, but it didn't open until 8 am. this was inconvenient. also, the food quality at the fishers restaurant was subpar. My arancini were barely edible.

The breakfast had a vast choice. I ate in the dining room for one evening. The meal was very nice. The staff were attentive both times and the food was good.
I stayed in April 2024. My room overlooked the car park at the front. It was very noisy, so I could not open the windows.
